Excellent fitIndustrial cooling & ventilation for Uzbekistan
Uzbekistan has moved rapidly from exporting raw cotton to spinning, weaving and making garments at home, and those mills run hot machinery in a climate that is already hot. Ayzair supplies ductable evaporative coolers for production floors, exhaust fans for lint, dust and process heat, and HVLS fans where ceilings are high enough to stratify.
Climate suitability — the honest version
Dry continental, 40 °C+ summer afternoons at 15–25% relative humidity
Few places suit evaporative cooling better. Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and the Fergana valley all pass 40 °C with humidity low enough that a wetted pad does most of the work a compressor would otherwise do. The constraint here is logistics rather than physics — the country is double landlocked, so plan lead times accordingly.

- Conformity is assessed under O‘zDSt national standards, which are aligned with the Eurasian EAC technical regulations, so an existing EAC certificate plus our technical file normally satisfies the local body.
- 380 V three-phase at 50 Hz supply, identical to our standard build.
- Two sea-to-land transfers sit on this route, so we crate for repeated handling and supply spare pads, pumps and belts with the first order — a part sent by air later costs far more than one shipped in the original consignment.

Supplying Uzbekistan — common questions
Cannot find what you need? Call +91 80871 10156 or WhatsApp us — an engineer, not a call centre, picks up.
Ask on WhatsAppWhy is evaporative cooling suited to a textile mill here?
Two reasons. Uzbek summer air is hot and very dry, so a pad can drop supply temperature sharply, and spinning and weaving both benefit from the modest humidity the process adds — yarn breaks less in air that is not bone dry. The same unit therefore solves a comfort problem and a process problem at once.
How long does delivery take to Tashkent?
Plan on 28–40 days door to door. Goods move by sea from Nhava Sheva to Bandar Abbas, then by road or rail across Iran and Turkmenistan into Uzbekistan. Manufacturing takes a further 10–20 days before despatch. For urgent spares we air freight into Tashkent, which lands in roughly a week.
What do the coolers cost to run compared with air conditioning?
A ductable unit moving 18,000–30,000 CMH draws around 2 kW. Refrigerated plant covering the same floor area would typically draw several times that, plus the water in our case is the only consumable. On a large weaving shed the difference in connected load is often what makes the project possible at all.
