HVLS fans. Doors open constantly for material flow, so the floor cannot be sealed. Eight to ten HVLS fans cover a 10,000 m² floor on around 12 kW total and put steady air movement over every worker.
Will the airflow disturb light fabric on the line?
No. HVLS fans move a very large volume of air at low velocity — a broad, gentle floor jet rather than the concentrated turbulent stream of a high-speed fan. Speed is also fully adjustable via the VFD controller.
