Strong fitIndustrial cooling & ventilation for Greece
Heat is a working constraint across Greek industry, from olive and fruit processing lines in Thessaly to the marble works around Drama and Kavala and the greenhouse clusters of Crete and the Peloponnese. Ayzair supplies ductable evaporative coolers, HVLS fans and the TENT-150 portable unit for venues and open sheds, shipped through Piraeus.
Climate suitability — the honest version
38–42 °C summer highs in the Athens basin and Thessaly at low humidity
Greek summer heat arrives dry, which is what evaporative cooling needs. The Athens basin, Thessaly and the inland Peloponnese run into the high thirties and low forties at modest humidity, so ductable coolers give a genuine 9–13 °C drop. Island and immediate coastal sites are damper, and there HVLS fans are the safer specification.

Supplying Greece — common questions

Ask on WhatsAppIs Greek summer humidity low enough for evaporative cooling?
Inland, yes. Athens, Larissa and the Thessalian plain typically sit around 25–35% relative humidity on a hot afternoon, which supports a 9–13 °C drop across the pad. Coastal and island sites, including much of the Aegean, are more humid, so there we specify HVLS fans and extract ventilation rather than overselling the coolers.
What suits a marble cutting and finishing plant?
Two things at once: airborne dust and stone-cutting heat. We pair Hammer exhaust fans sized for a high air-change rate with HVLS fans for floor-level airspeed over the saw and polishing lines. Evaporative coolers are usable in the drier inland works, but extraction should be specified first because dust control drives the ventilation rate.
Do you supply cooling for greenhouses and outdoor venues?
Yes. Cretan and Peloponnesian greenhouses use pad-and-fan arrangements, where our Hammer exhaust range pulls air across an inlet-wall evaporative pad. For tourism venues, marquees and open sheds the TENT-150 portable cooler is the practical choice, since it needs only a power point and a water supply.
