Kazakhstan is one of the few markets where both of our arguments are true at once. Almaty and Shymkent run 35–40 °C at summer humidity low enough for evaporative coolers to drop supply air 12–15 °C, while winters severe enough to dominate the energy bill make HVLS destratification an equally straightforward sale into the same buildings.

Very well. Summer afternoons there combine 35–40 °C with relative humidity often under 25%, giving a wide wet-bulb depression. A ductable unit will typically deliver supply air 12–15 °C below ambient at a fraction of the power a chiller would draw, which matters on sites where connected load is already constrained.
How do you ship to a landlocked country?
Three routes work. Sea to Bandar Abbas then road or rail north, sea to Bandar Abbas then a Caspian crossing into Aktau, or rail from China through Khorgos for buyers already using that corridor. Door times run 25–40 days. Freight is priced by the truck or wagon, so part loads are less economical than a full one.
Are HVLS fans useful given how cold the winters are?
That is exactly why they sell here. A Karaganda workshop heated through a −25 °C winter loses most of its warmth to the roof space. Running the fans slowly downward pushes it back to the working floor, usually recovering 20–30% of heating energy, and the same fans handle summer air movement without any change of equipment.
