Strong fitIndustrial cooling & ventilation for Philippines
Two things shape a fan specification in the Philippines — 60 Hz mains, which almost no Asian supplier builds for by default, and a typhoon season that destroys under-specified equipment on exposed sheds. Ayzair builds motors to 60 Hz to order and supplies tunnel-ventilation exhaust banks, HVLS fans and mobile floor fans across Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao.
Climate suitability — the honest version
Hot and humid at 30–36 °C with a June–November typhoon and monsoon season
Philippine humidity rules evaporative cooling out, but the ventilation case is unusually strong: poultry tunnel houses, electronics halls and food plants all need measured air exchange. Exposed and semi-open sheds also face driving rain and salt air during typhoon season, so we specify galvanized casings and IP55 sealed motors rather than standard painted steel.

- Mains supply is 220 V at 60 Hz, not the 50 Hz used across most of Asia. Every motor for a Philippine order is wound for 60 Hz at build — confirm this on any competing quotation as well.
- Product certification runs through the DTI Bureau of Product Standards, which issues the PS mark for licensed manufacturers or the ICC sticker for a specific imported consignment.
- Coastal and semi-open installations get hot-dip galvanized casings and sealed motor enclosures to survive salt-laden typhoon-season air.

Supplying Philippines — common questions
Cannot find what you need? Call +91 80871 10156 or WhatsApp us — an engineer, not a call centre, picks up.
Ask on WhatsAppDo your motors run correctly on 60 Hz Philippine power?
Yes, because we wind them that way from the start. A 50 Hz fan run on 60 Hz turns roughly twenty percent faster, which changes air volume, noise and current draw and can overload the motor. Tell us the destination at enquiry stage and the whole order is built to 220 V 60 Hz.
Can you size tunnel ventilation for a poultry house?
That is one of our most common Philippine enquiries. Give us house length, width, ceiling height, bird population and target air velocity along the house, and we return a fan schedule showing model, quantity, staging groups and the inlet area needed to achieve it. There is no charge for the sizing work.
How is equipment protected against typhoon conditions?
Exposed sheds get hot-dip galvanized casings, stainless fixings and IP55 sealed motors, and the hammer shutter closes under gravity so there is no motorised louvre to seize in salt air. We also recommend structural fixing details for the mounting wall rather than leaving that to site improvisation.
