The honest position is that Malaysian air is too wet for evaporative cooling to earn its place, so HVLS fans lead every specification we write here. Palm oil mills, rubber and glove plants add a second problem — process steam trapped under a high roof — which hammer exhaust fans are built to clear.

- SIRIM QAS certification and Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) approval are handled by your appointed local agent; we provide the technical file, test reports and CE certificates that application requires.
- 240 V single-phase and 415 V three-phase at 50 Hz match Malaysian supply directly.
- Palm oil mill and rubber plant environments are corrosive as well as hot — we specify hot-dip galvanized casings and sealed IP55 motors for those buildings as standard.

Not for most sites. Humidity here rarely drops below 75%, and a cooler needs dry incoming air to do anything useful. You would spend on water treatment and gain a degree or two. HVLS fans deliver a real felt-temperature reduction at any humidity, which is why they lead our Malaysian quotations.
What ventilation suits a palm oil mill?
Sterilizer and press floors run hot and saturated with steam, so the priority is extraction rather than cooling. We size a bank of hammer exhaust fans against the building volume and target air changes per hour, positioned high on the leeward wall, with HVLS fans below to stop stratified hot air sitting over the operators.
Which port should we nominate?
Port Klang suits Klang Valley and Perak deliveries, Tanjung Pelepas works better for Johor and anything coordinated with Singapore, and Penang Port is the shortest road leg for Bayan Lepas and Kulim. Sea transit runs 9–13 days from Chennai or Nhava Sheva on all three routes.
