During the build the shell is effectively a very large open shed, and mobile industrial fans plus temporary exhaust fans keep trades working through the afternoon. Once the building is closed, the mechanical design takes over inside the halls, but HVLS fans still earn their place in the plant rooms, the loading and unpacking areas and the on site warehouse.
Is evaporative cooling ever worth trying in Pasir Gudang?
No. Air at 33 °C and 85 percent relative humidity has almost no evaporative capacity left, so a pad cooler would return one to two degrees and add moisture next to equipment that already suffers from corrosion.
