The problem
What goes wrong without it
- Roof-level heat build-up in metal, plastic, textile, rubber and packaging plants pushes shop-floor temperatures well past comfortable working limits through the Indian summer.
- Sealing a shed of that volume is usually impractical: shutter doors open constantly and ceiling heights are high. What works is moving large volumes of cooled fresh air through the space on a small connected load.
- Process heat, welding fumes and airborne dust accumulate in the occupied zone, driving fatigue, absenteeism and rework.

- Hammer exhaust fans on the leeward wall complete the loop, pulling stale hot air out and preventing condensation on machine beds.
