Overview
Industrial HVLS Ceiling Fans
With diameters from 8 ft to 24 ft, a single Ayzair AS Series fan can cover up to 1,200 m² of floor area while drawing only 800–1,500 W. Continuous gentle airflow across the skin makes the whole floor feel markedly cooler, at any humidity.
At the heart of every fan is a DC brushless Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) — IP55 enclosure, IE3+ efficiency, Class H insulation. No carbon brush, no hall sensor, no gearbox and no oil to leak. Direct drive means large torque with low temperature rise and a 10+ year design life.
Six extruded airfoil blades in aviation aluminium alloy 6063 with cast end-caps move up to 14,900 m³/min at ≤ 40 dB(A) — quieter than a conversation. Every fan ships with a VFD inverter controller, mounting hardware and safety cables, and is certified to CE, IEC, LVD and EMC.

Engineering
Why plants specify hvls fans.
8 reasons the range holds up in continuous industrial service.
Massive air movement
Up to 14,900 m³/min from a single unit — replacing 10 to 20 conventional high-speed fans.
Low operating cost
DC PMSM motor draws only 800–1,500 W across the entire 8 ft to 24 ft range.
Whisper quiet
Operates at 40 dB(A) or below at full speed — quieter than a normal conversation.
Built tough
IP55 rated, IE3+ efficiency class, Class H insulation and aviation aluminium 6063 blades.
Year-round value
Cools in summer through the evaporative effect; destratifies trapped ceiling heat in winter.
Smart control
VFD inverter with LED display, stepless speed knob and an integrated safety protection module.
Direct drive
No gearbox, no oil leak, no carbon brush, no hall sensor. Large torque, low temperature rise.
Certified

HVLS Fans — frequently asked questions

Ask on WhatsAppWhat is an HVLS fan?
HVLS stands for High Volume, Low Speed. These are large-diameter ceiling fans (8 ft to 24 ft) that move very large volumes of air at low rotational speed, producing a gentle, wide, floor-level breeze instead of the turbulent jet of a small high-speed fan.
How much area does one HVLS fan cover?
From 200 m² on the 8 ft Ayzair-8 up to 1,200 m² on the 24 ft Ayzair-24, based on a typical 7–9 m ceiling height. Actual coverage varies with room geometry and obstructions.
What ceiling height do I need for an HVLS fan?
A minimum ceiling height of 7 metres is recommended so the airflow column has room to develop and spread across the floor.
How much power does an HVLS fan consume?
Between 800 W and 1,500 W depending on diameter — a fraction of the 10 to 20 conventional fans a single HVLS unit replaces, cutting energy use by up to 70%.
Are HVLS fans noisy?
No. Every Ayzair AS Series model runs at 40 dB(A) or below at full speed, measured 1.5 m below the fan — quieter than a normal conversation, which is why they suit gyms, religious halls and showrooms.
Do HVLS fans help in winter?
Yes. Run at low speed, an HVLS fan destratifies the warm air trapped at ceiling level and pushes it back down to the occupied zone, cutting heating cost in tall buildings.
