Industrial cooling and ventilation in Moscow
The Moscow region holds the largest concentration of warehousing in Russia and it is laid out along the ring roads. Podolsk and Domodedovo to the south, Noginsk and Balashikha to the east, Khimki to the north west and Dmitrov to the north carry distribution complexes strung along the A107 and A108, most built in the last two decades at ten to twelve metres clear. Food processing, pharmaceutical distribution, printing, packaging and light assembly occupy the rest of the floor area. Winter runs from November into March with deep snow cover, so these buildings are heated continuously and expensively. A heated twelve metre hall with no mixing typically carries a nine to fourteen degree difference between floor and ridge, and every degree of that difference is fuel already burned and then wasted against the underside of the roof. Moscow climate — the honest version
Moscow has a sharply continental winter with January near -8 °C, snow cover for four to five months and heating running hard from October to April, while July brings a handful of days above 30 °C, so the equipment case rests almost entirely on winter heat recovery.
The usual route is Nhava Sheva to Novorossiysk in about 18 to 24 days, then container rail or road north roughly 1,500 km to the Moscow terminals, adding a further five to eight days depending on the service used.

No. Russia sits outside the EU regime and requires EAC marking under the Eurasian Economic Union technical regulations, known as TR CU. The importer of record arranges that certification or declaration through an accredited body. Our CE, IEC, LVD and EMC test reports, wiring diagrams and motor data are supplied as supporting evidence, which usually shortens the process considerably.
How big is the stratification problem in a Moscow warehouse?
Larger than in western Europe, simply because the heating season is longer and colder.
