Can a duct cooler be used inside a fruit packing hall?
Yes, for the ambient working areas rather than for cold storage. Refrigerated rooms stay on their own plant and are unaffected.
What maintenance do the pads need in the valley?
Ica water is hard, so the pump is commissioned with a bleed off timer from day one and the pads are washed on a schedule through the harvest. Handled that way a pad set lasts several seasons; neglected, scale blocks the media inside one. Spare pads and a replacement distribution line are quoted alongside each unit.
