Discharge configurations
One cooler. Three ways to point the air.
Every model is available in all three discharge types, plus the turn-key Garden Cooler variant with a factory-fitted elbow and grill.
Top discharge
Roof mounts where ducting rises and runs through the ceiling.
Bottom discharge
Platform, mezzanine and wall-bracket mounts feeding air straight down.
Side discharge
Wall and window mounts delivering air laterally into the space.
Overview
Ductable Industrial Air Coolers
Ayzair ductable coolers pull 100% fresh outside air through a water-saturated honeycomb pad, cooling it before a heavy-duty axial fan pushes it up to 20 metres through ducting into your workspace. No compressors. No refrigerants. Just 1.5 to 3.0 kW per unit.
Every unit is built on a UV-protected engineering polypropylene cabinet that will not chalk, crack or yellow under years of direct Indian sun, driven by a continuously-rated IP55 industrial motor and a premium 7090 or 5090 honeycomb cooling pad delivering 80–95% evaporative efficiency.
Three airflow ratings — 18,000, 22,000 and 30,000 CMH — each available in top, bottom and side discharge, plus a turn-key Garden Cooler variant that ships with a factory-matched elbow duct and grill already fitted.

Engineering
Why plants specify duct air coolers.
8 reasons the range holds up in continuous industrial service.
Very low power draw
A 22,000 CMH Ayzair runs on about 2 kW. Low enough that most sites add units without touching their sanctioned load.
Natural, filtered air
100% outside air filtered through saturated honeycomb media. No recirculation of stale, CO₂-loaded air.
UV-protected PP body
Durable ultraviolet-protected engineering polypropylene body — will not chalk, crack or yellow under Indian sun.
Heavy-duty motor
A continuously rated motor built for 24×7 industrial running — not an intermittent-duty domestic unit.
Ductable to 20 m
Single-unit ducting spans up to 20 metres, ideal for big-span sheds and tall industrial bays.
IP55 industrial motor
Sealed against dust and water jets. Rated for 24×7 operation in dusty, humid or wash-down environments.
Roof, wall or window
Three flow configurations — top, bottom and side discharge — fit almost any building envelope.
Simple to service
Fewer moving parts, fewer failure points, lower maintenance cost over the life of the unit.

Duct Air Coolers — frequently asked questions
Cannot find what you need? Call +91 80871 10156 or WhatsApp us — an engineer, not a call centre, picks up.
Ask on WhatsAppHow much electricity does an Ayzair industrial air cooler use?
Between 1.5 kW and 3.0 kW depending on model. A 22,000 CMH AYZAIR-22 draws about 2 kW — low enough that a bank of four units runs on 8 kW, well within most existing factory supplies.
How much cooling will I actually feel?
It depends on how dry the air is on the day — the drier the outside air, the more cooling you get. In dry inland summer conditions the effect is substantial; in humid coastal monsoon conditions it reduces and the unit works mainly as high-volume fresh-air ventilation. Send us your location and we will tell you honestly what to expect.
How far can the cooled air be ducted?
A single Ayzair unit can be ducted up to 20 metres, which makes the system suitable for large-span sheds and tall industrial bays where the cooler must sit outside the working area.
How much water does it consume?
20–25 kg per hour per unit across the entire range. Water is recirculated by the built-in pump; only evaporated water needs topping up.
What is the difference between top, bottom and side discharge?
Top discharge sends cooled air vertically out of the cabinet top — best for roof mounts where ducting runs through the ceiling. Bottom discharge feeds air straight down through a grill — best for platform or wall-bracket mounts. Side discharge pushes air horizontally through one face — best for wall and window installations. All three are available on every model.
Which model should I choose for my factory?
Sizing depends on floor area, roof height, occupancy and internal heat load. Share your area in sq ft and roof height and our engineering team will size the number and configuration of coolers at no cost.
